When did you start working with chat button conversation? So it would have been 2017. I don't know if my route was non-traditional or not, or if there isn't a traditional route because conversation AI hasn't been around for 30 years. But yeah, I was working in a startup. And we needed a way to educate people about the product that we were selling. Messenger bots had just started to become a thing.
