30 minutes on the bike. I always have the intention of burning around a hundred, 300 galleries. It's always kettlbell swings. And then every other day i'll do a hundred kettle bell swings. These hundred swings are just to really prime the pump and really hit the musculature that are most vital to longevity,. which are the hips. So you can kind of see that this, this morning routine in life style hack, is more about, again, powering up. But of course, i want this to be a punch the clock, mindless morning routine that i can do with a blindfold on.
