Is There a Crisis in a Meeting?

I think the content of what we talk about in those meetings matters a little bit because we're usually trying to put out fires. And so there's a nervous energy. I'm letting other people's nervous energies impact me, and i'm responsi i'm reacting to it. And then i feel intimidated to say something sometimes. Or i will try, cause i don't lack courage to try to say something. But then it will come across a ineffective.
