Judge Jadrikoff barred the defense's expert witness from testifying that meta Birkins were nothing more than Andy Warhol's Campbell soup painting. The Supreme Court established a very tough test for allowing expert witnesses to testify, he says. "There's nothing about how you reached your opinion that's based or grounded in any scientific approach," judge said.
