The Challenge of Decision-Making With Uncertainty

The challenge around decision-making with uncertainty has usually been the language issue. How do you explain what it is that you're driving out to someone who's coming from a non-quant background? And particularly in super, I've seen a little bit of that happening. But the positive change that I'm seeing in the industry I think is that the more quantitative people are taking up high-level roles and that's changing the landscape.
