Nica issued bonus shares exactly before the 1 year lock in period ended. When a bonus share is issued, investors don't get their hands on the new shares immediately. However, the share price is adjusted almost immediately. Earlier, a pre IPO investor who held 1 share could offload it and make 1200 rupees. Now, they get only 200 rupees if they sold that 1 share.
