i love the idea that there are em s that we label typically as the negative emotions, like anger or fear or sadness, that are actually catalists for good. i also appreciated his tip that if you ask yourself, what is that emotion trying to tell me, that you can get to the root of what it is that we actually need to thrive in that moment and what needs to be shifted. Ye. One of the things i always want to encourage myself and others to come back to, or to add to any of these types of observations, is with kindness as you are observing and noticing. And maybe that's all that's needed.
