If you need to buy, it's always a good time to buy. November at 7.37 30 year fixed was not as good of a time to buy now than quarter one last year. Even during the early 2000s, real estate went up over 80% then it came crashing down 45 to 50%. You were still up over 30% in every market in America in the 2000 to 2010 timeframe. So when you buy on, on a plan of decades, you don't lose always a goodtime to buy.
