The Four Pillars of Student Success

Dr. Fili: We really needed a framework on how we're going to look at student success, because it's defined in so many different ways. One of the things that Michelle and I are very passionate about is if you look at the journey that a student takes from the time they're recruited to the time they graduate, it should be a seamless journey. When we do accept a student to an institution, we have a moral obligation to help them be successful. If we're not committed, that we shouldn't be accepting them.
