The Counter Insurgency State

The counter insurgency state is the corporative state of the monopolistic bourgeoisie and the armed forces, independently of the form assumed by that state. The decision making process takes place outside the influence of the other institutions that make up the classic bourgeois state. This analysis should not lead to misunderstandings. It is incorrect to suppose that the non mon ply bourgeois strata can be interested in the suppression of a state which constitutes the synthesis of the relations of exploitation and domination on which they base their existence. Though the state of counter insurgency is the state of monopoly capital, it does not exclude the participation of the other bourgeois fractions.
