As you get more accustomed to forgiving, as you start to build up forgiving muscles, what happens is you begin to see how much energy it takes to not forgive. It becomes like a part of our life, like forms neural pathways and we're so reflectively used to it. So here's an example. If to morrow you spend less energy imagining ways to torture them, let's say you spend three minutes less time to morrow cook up new ways to tortured them. Once again, lower the bar and you will find all sorts of progress, right? Ys.
