The Importance of Teamwork

I was fortunate to join a sports team. That is hugely helpful in building characters. It caused me to work with a group of people that not only do I have to contribute, but they also contributed to protecting me as an individual and to win as a team. These are the activities that allow you to understand what it's like to be part of society today. You can't succeed by yourself. The leader isn't going to be a good leader without being aggressive. But when a team has a good leader that's aggressive, that pushes everyone, that team will get places.
