How to Set Up a Group to Talk About Art and Creativity

I have a group that I meet with individually to bounce my ideas off of and they kind of give me really great criticism but it's not a negative, it's constructive. Social media is an instant thing and your conversations about artwork and creativity need to be longer than that. So you can go through times where your work isn't connecting with the zeitgeist of the time and that's okay,. Most of our work is not going to but that doesn't mean it's that important.
