How Much Risk Is There in the Market?
I don't see banks taking all that kind of risk to try to get earnings up. The risk should be in helping build businesses, not speculating in the market. There's always interest rate risk. But I think all the banks are much more disciplined in the kind of risk they want. Let's create supply chains that have an appetite for performance. IBM, let's create.
