The four quadrants are low intensity, low volume, obviously a rest day. We'll go up to a quadrant too, which is more of a walk through and not really playing live. And that tends to be because it's high volume, high intensity. That's obviously the day that most athletes, at least in basket ball, i've found, they obviously consider that to be the hardest day on court.
