The Effects of Lactate on Sepsis in a Critical Care Trial

The post-randomisation interventions included steroid use in 29%. Respiratory support. I did note that actually about nearly 40% was due to a high lactate. But I'd quite like people to comment on whether that should be an indication for fluid boluses. And obviously low urine output of 27% was the reasons. So they're fine. Although ethnicity wasn't actually collected in the trial, I was quite surprised that you said that 90% of the population's are Caucasian in the most critical care trials,. which I thought was quite interesting.
