When i was writing thessaly books, i had very, very specifica chapter point of view alternation. And than when i was reading the second book, i needed to do something out of sequence. In fact, it was your idea a i could actually break the sequence. So i did that. But what i didn't realize when i changed fhe secretes. I hadn't renumbered the chapters,. so there were, when i submitted the book to new york, there were two chapter 22. It's entirely plausible that an author can be like, i'm going to have two chapter 22, and they're going to be two parallel versions of reality where two different things
