Is Invisible Weaponry a Big Part of the Problem?

I think much of specter's power comes from invisible weaponry. And yet many people cannot face the reality of that kind of weaponry. So when you see the dollar syndicate in real trouble and it should be coming apart, suddenly you get these natural disasters and suddenly the dollar is strong again. I say this every time, but I want to hammer it again. It's one of the big unanswered questions.
