Healthy Glucos Levels - Is That a Good Number?

People who are metabolically unhealthy, you could literally give them very little and they don't lose fat. So someone who's extremely muscled can actualy eat significantly more calorye is not put on any weight. Traditional guide lines will say anything under a hundred is normal. But there is a lot of research that 90 to a hundred range is kind of starting to be what i would call a yellow flag, a little bit of a warning sign. We really like to encourage more than 70 to 90,. And then average blucost is another thing that people will look at - whether it through a hemoglobina one c or if you're wearing a continuous glucose monitor.
