I'm Not a World Class Athlete, but I Can Curl You With One Hand, I Should Be Able to Beat You at Something

The reason why there's so much division and competition in church is because you and i are measuring our performance. Therefore we get timidated when somebody seems like their owner trajectory that we're not on. But if you're not obsessed with your own performance, then you don't get tripped up when somebody else starts to get promoted. Promotion comes, in a kingdom, by way of inheritance. And this is where the double minded man becomes unstable in all his ways.
