Are You Doing a Good Job of Powerful Listening?
A listening assessment can help you understand whether or not you're doing a good job of powerful listening. Here's how to use it: Find someone that you trust and ask them to observe you in an interaction where you're listening to someone else. And then at the end of that conversation, after that person's left, pull out this assessment and complete it yourself. So be honest with yourself on how good is your listening based upon what you see on that assessment and your interactions with that other person.
