The Differences Between Dry and Liquid Multi-Extract
Liquid multi-extract is the grains, like Breece is a big monster. So they're using their grains, mixing it together in some proportion,. Sometimes they're clear about, sometimes they're not clear about. But that's what we're talking about, commercially produced. I think for the most part, like their pale multi-extractions are typically something like 95% pale malt and then like 5% carapills. It seems like it would be just cleaner to do a 100%.
