Most of the examples that you've given up emails that you've written have culminated in a call to action. So do you is your practice to end every email with a buy now type call to action or do you sometimes have a different call to action? Always always a buy call to action, and if it ever got to a point where I every single email, so I'm living proof that you can do that. There's nothing wrong with that, because that's what everybody else does. But no plumber says, look, I'll come to you. The first 10 visits, I'll just do out of goodwill. We wouldn't expect that.
