Tom Fox leads a discussion on the potential weaponization of the FCPA and FEPA. He shouts out to Jackie Smith, who presaged Mark Andrews by 26 years by dropping a wide-open touchdown pass from Roger Staubach in the 1979 Super Bowl, and to Houston Astro Billy Wagner for his election into the MLB Hall of Fame.
