Some things will work well for one person, and they'll be horrendously difficult for someone else. But if you're young and you're just starting out, then I would say try all the different methods. If you don't enjoy it, then you might as well just not even bother starting. Just try and find something that's enjoyable. It might be your thing is watching movies, and off you go. So try them all. Something's going to click with you, and you'll do it. Because otherwise, it's a long heart slow.
