How to Make the Transition to Remote Work
Remote work isn't for everybody. Some people don't really like it and some people are not very good at this position because you have to have a lot of like independence. There's also a huge amounts of social implications on this. And the other thing is basically like that you actually need to come up with whole new ways to communicate, to document stuff. I mean, because you just can't go over and like tap somebody on the shoulder, you don't really see people.
