What Is VO2 Max?

VO2 max is the highest level of still largely aerobic output you can do. It will have a higher correlation to your velocity at aerobic threshold than all out 800 meter dash. The very top output might be strides or things like that, then you have the very high end output that's not like balls to the wall in a aerobics workout.
