The Future of Infrastructure

There's a whole set of criteria for what is the future of infrastructure i.e. across the world that can't be only at a local scale on and on but like do we need to be processing organic matter across bioregents or should organic matter all process closed loop within a bioregent probably should and water cycles and things like that. When it comes to superstructure and social structure if your system of governance and collective choice making isn't inactable via something like rule of law, then you're not going to get very far. A culture that doesn't do that is a culture that will be bound to war and environmental conflict because the desire the identity of the people
