How to Expose Capabilities Without Leaking Tools

How do we expose all these capabilities without leaking the tools that we are using, right. I want to provide the developer those functionalities without them knowing that that's being implemented by Dapper or any other tool. The same with K-native, right. Like how do we provide like release strategies as capabilities and not as K-native services, for example? It has been happening lately, right. We are trying to hide away Kubernetes now. And I think that's why like managed service like Cloud Run or container services are growing more.
