The Importance of Being Objective About Music
I'm interested in concepts and I'm interested in stories and motivations, you know, the motivations behind why someone does something. And so I think that's just part of who I am. When I see someone doing something, I wonder what's going on, what's motivating this behavior? Yeah, yeah, that makes totally make sense. But I think the interesting thing about music like this is that some people sort of either cut off their curiosity to certain or don't want to talk about it at all. It's possible to be both enthusiastic as someone's work and objective of the ideas.
