What Was the Hardest Piece of Kit to Make?
The guns were the most time consuming and tedious builds. The knives and tomahawks took a while to learn and get good at for sure. I never really got into the hand forging of the gun barrels and all the lock parts. But through my research, I also found that there were suppliers of certain parts 300 years ago just like there are today. It was still accepted practice to use barrels from custom gun barrel makers and locks and triggers that were built by specialists.
