How to Record a Loop

Seb Rockford is an incredible jazz drummer who has been nominated for the Mercury Music Prize more than anyone. I'd played him one of the WoW scenario drum beats, and he had liked it. So we used quite a simple descending tom-fill from Seb on this one. It's not on a lot of the other tracks, which you'll hear later. And then Joanna Gamela in Lay of Ales in Barcelona locked down doing synths and vocals. She got back to me about a few weeks later just saying, I didn't feel like doing bass. Me and Leia who are locked down together have done asynth and vocals together instead with a weekend just improvising
