How Electra America Is Building a Multifamily and Single Family Platform

In 2021, you pivoted the business. You've formed a joint venture with the private equity firm, Electra America and with the idea of creating that $2 billion fund to buy and develop 15,000 new units across the states. How far have you been able to get with that? You see what? You've got 10,000 now? Is that right? I actually thought in my wildest dreams that we're going to probably hit five or six billion in the next 24 to 36 months.
