A lot of people get in the habit of instantly doing something to make the craving go away. You never get to learn what happens if you give those cravings, or those any kind of a verse of feeling a little bit more time. We call that exposure therapy. And we can do it by the flooding method, where we just throw you at it all at once. Most people don't want to do that, so we do it step by step, little by little.
