How to Write a Supernatural Theme That Is Connected to the Original Main Theme

Sam wanted it to sound, I thought about writing a completely fresh piece of music for the supernatural, but that just wasn't going to work. So I recorded with the orchestra, recorded the main theme and the subverted themes. And then I took the, took the recordings and the stems and started messing around with them in the computer  and really slowing things down. When I put it back together again with lots of effects and reverbs and delays and crossfades, it would still match one to one with the original main theme. If you listen carefully, you can hear fragments of, of the main theme, but really slow down and pitch down and twisted.
