How to Have a Good Self Love Practice
I try to just have some sort of self care every day. And my newest trick, and this is so random, but we're all trying to drink more water,. 100%. Okay, keep a bottle of water or a carafe of water with like a glass by your bed. And then when you get up before you go on your way to pee, or as you're peeing, which I've done, to break glass or like half a bottle of I half a bottles of water. You can we can all do that. Like literally, there's no one that can't start their day doing that. Literally. No, but it but it makes it look so much good.
