Mailman - The Best Free and Open Mailing List Manager

The only major actively maintained free and open mailing list manager is the hoary mail man. Ken hosts a malman instance for me on his server as well, connected to his mal server. i get a flood of messages from mailmen telling me about users whose subscriptions are automatically cancelled because their own emal providers have rejected too many of my messages as suspected spam.
