The coach as a facilitator finds that balance of having the organizational structure to overload, but then is bottom up in leading the athlete on their own journey. I would almost put the range low because you almost want them to select the high end on their own. There's nothing worse than when you write a fresh program for a new client and then pull it back after one session.
