I feel like everything is individualized and I mean you know obviously it's not going to be healthy for anybody to put toxins in their body right. So my current goals are much more around kind of anti-aging to your point and also athletics which is interesting because my whole life my parents were very academic focus and I was told you're not an athlete so now in my you know late 30s I've taken that up as an endeavor. It's been really fun actually to get to do this alongside my teenagers and to sort of use them as a benchmark for trying to maintain speed and strength.
