We believe that we freely choose and are responsible for our actions. Aquinas says, man has free will. There are many challenges to this in theology and philosophy and neuro science. So there's thisa the brain has already decided. Then you have this urge of this conscience intention to flex the wrist, but that's just an illusion. Your brain's already decided. And then you're getting the cognitive thoughts about it later, and then the action is performed.
