The Quantitative Approach to Crowdsourcing on Twitter

Twitter got renamed the Harvard Einstein of social media. And we set up a whole study based on crowdsourcing on getting tweets looked at by thousands of volunteers and labeling them. The numbers behind the story helped characterize the type of abuse they were getting, who it was targeted at. I think they don't violate the abusive definition in the Twitter terms of service, but we see the constant bar out there. So all this quantization really helped.
