A great example of this was a couple of weeks ago Sarah Silverman was attacked by a troll on Twitter. She decided to treat him with kindness rather than lashing out at him and scurrying him. By doing that, she not only helped another person possibly get some help in their life, she also was not a victim of the situation. So I want you to think about in your life, are there things that you react poorly to? Are there things that happen that really upset you and that maybe spin you out? Do you let them control
