The Effects of Stress on Incontinence

With stress incontinence it's basically a threshold problem like if the pressure gets above kind of your personal incontinence threshold some some urine will leak out. The general pressure on your bladder when you're pulling a max deadlift or doing a max squat is just way way more pressure right then you would be putting on your bladder. Lifting doesn't seem to meaningfully affect your risk i don't think um there are any studies that show heavy resistance training actually increased your risk for postpartum incontinence.
