The Origin of the New Testament

When was it finally acknowledged that the 27 were in? Christianity was basically illegal until about 311 AD. The first list of books now goes back to origin of Alexandria around 240 AD. It had to be written by an apostle or someone who knew an apostle. That's right. And the gospels that we hear about from the so-called Da Vinci code were not written during the first century. They were not written in the first century, written in the second century.
