The Lavender Book - A Directory of Safe Spaces
Victoria kirby yorke is the deputy executive director of the national black justice coalition, a civil rights organization that's dedicated to the empowerment of black l g b d c plus people. She says she believes stories and experiences help to really shape how we in future generations think about and conceive our communities. The lavender book allows folks to identify businesses and o social spaces, congregations, et cetera, which are both affirming of one's black identity and also affirming of your elgibit plus and same gender loving identity.
