How to Stay in a Flow State
I feel like gathering reference is not a flow state activity for most people there's probably some people that are. The longer that you can stay in that the better and I really liked it to me what I heard was just keep going stain it as long as you can. Don't get hung up on that road bump until you're absolutely like hit that pirate ship mode. Yeah. Well you're like okay now I know that I'm kind of out of my area of expertise I gotta go and do some study and then come back to this and then finish it off and then you're good. So that's a nice sort of break breaks are good but not too long.
