When do you or when would you recommend remote research methods as opposed to in person? You wanna make sure you're getting the highest caliber, most accurate participants. It's understanding who you're trying to get in touch with and what their life is like so that you slot into it in as comfortable a way as possible. And then I think actually the next layer after you go through all of that, does it need to be physically with us in the room?
