The Effects of Micro Plasma Pneumonia on Asthma Exacerbation
There were a few patients in both groups that have ended up having strep pneumonia. One bacteria that seemed to be a little bit different between the two groups was micro plasma. So in general I would say almost no bacterial infection causes an asthma exacerbation, other than possibly micro plasma pneumonia.
