A lot of people are going to get fired in this recession, and that is a good thing. If you try to prevent these lay offs, if you try to trap people in non productive jobs, you are ultimately undermining the standard of living of the country. The b cs invest in these companies and all they want to do is pump up the share price so they can sell out a higher price to some other investor. Whether or not the companies actually add value is immaterial. No one gives a damn if these companies are making a profit. Nobody wants to invest in em because its somehow that's an impediment to growing the top line,. So they want losses. They're actually rewarded
