There is some value to enjoy in the process of strength gains and seeing the weight on the bar go up overtime. Even if you've got a client who'se maybe 90, 90 % focused on hyperdrophy, and just ten% gets a kick out of getting stronger. O, it's not like these results indicate you can't do more strength focus blocks. Oh, am, it's still nice to throw them in there for some variety, to keep things fresh.
